      5. Passport/travel document valid for minimum three months after the departure from the Schengen region, with at least two blank pages and issued within the previous 10 years
      6. Valid Schengen travel medical insurance to cover repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and/or emergency hospital treatment or death. The minimum coverage of EUR 30,000
      7. VEVO or other proof of re-entry permit for Australia valid for at least three months after the departure from the Schengen region
      8. Proof of financial means in Australia – bank statements for a minimum of the last 3 months
      9. If married or in a partnership – marriage certificate or registered partnership
      10. A preliminary airline reservation in and out of the Schengen region
      11. A document to prove accommodation such as a hotel reservation
      12. Proof of residential address in Australia – copy of driver licence, a utility bill etc
