Hopefully, you’ll find your French visa attached to your passport, but it may not be. Schengen visa applications get rejected from time to time for a number of reasons:

    1. Missing documents
    2. No signatures
    3. Invalid passport
    4. Purpose of the trip isn’t clear
    5. Lack of funds
    6. No travel insurance

These are genuine reasons why visas are rejected, so make sure your application isn’t among them. It’s so important to have ALL the documents you need, so keep checking the requirements and make sure you present everything. Don’t forget to sign documents too and make sure they are valid. You need travel insurance and enough money, so have both before you get to the visa application center. Also, make it clear why you wish to travel to France. You can appeal the decision if your application is rejected.
